Iris and Olive respect all of our customer’s privacy, and we are very serious to ensure that we protect it. Your information will never be provided to any 3rd parties, we will only ever use your email address to send you updates on your orders or, if you agree, to receive our latest updates and offers.
No payment information of yours is stored on our server and all transactions are processed via trusted PCI DSS Complaint 3rd party companies. We may however share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations; to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Returns and refunds
We hope that you enjoy your purchased products with Iris and Olive. If for whatever reason you are unhappy please email us within 7 days of the receipt of purchase, including the order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange, and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Returns will only be accepted undamaged, and in their original packaging. We do not cover the costs of returns (unless the item is faulty or damaged) so please ensure you send your returns with a tracked delivery service as we can not be liable for lost goods and you will not receive a refund.
As soon as we receive the return back we will issue the refund back to your original payment method, this can take up to 7 working days.
We currently only deliver within the UK via Royal Mail 2nd Class service. We also offer free delivery within the BA12 postcode area and offer a convenient Click and Collect service. Unless otherwise stated we aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days, however if this will be any longer we will get in touch and let you know immediately.
We are not held liable for an errors in the customer delivery details, so it is essential that the correct delivery details are provided at the time of order.
If you require something to be posted sooner or by special means please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate requests.
